Terms of Engagement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing NexaSecure's interface or deploying our defense modules, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Engagement. These directives constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("The Client") and NexaSecure Tech.

2. Service Deployment

NexaSecure provides advanced cyber security, ethical hacking, and software development services. We guarantee to deploy our expertise to secure your digital assets, but total immunity from all potential future threats cannot be mathematically guaranteed due to the evolving nature of cyber warfare.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate system access and documentation required for security audits.
• Refrain from using our tools for unauthorized scanning or malicious activities.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all security reports and vulnerability assessments provided by NexaSecure.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, defense methodologies, codebases, and interface designs utilized or created by NexaSecure remain the exclusive intellectual property of NexaSecure Tech, unless explicitly transferred via a separate written agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

NexaSecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system downtime, data loss, or unauthorized access events that occur despite our standard defense implementations, beyond the scope of our direct service fees.

6. Mission Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if malicious use of our infrastructure is detected. Clients may terminate engagement with written notice as per the detailed service contract.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the cyber laws and regulations of the operational jurisdiction of NexaSecure Tech. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the designated legal venue.
